Role : Ofsted Registered Children's Home Manager
Pay rate : £44,000 - £50,000 per annum + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500
We are seeking a committed, diligent Registered Children's Home Manager to join our solo home based in the suburbs of Huddersfield.
This is the perfect role for a an experienced deputy manager that wants to take the next step, or a home manager that is looking for a new challenge.
We are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for our young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpins every decision we make.

Essential requirements for a Children's Home Registered Manager :
- A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years)
- At least 1 year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (or close to completion)
- Previous experience of participating in Ofsted inspections
- An in-depth knowledge of legislations, regulations and best practice surrounding the care of children and to successfully implement this within your home
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through to completion
- Candour and a strong sense of integrity
- The ability to be caring and compassionate whilst also remaining steadfast and upholding rule and regulations
- A full, UK driving licence issued in the UK
- Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
