National Sales Manager - Flooring
Area : National
- This is a national field / home based role (with national travel).
- This role is a people management role managing 3 direct reports (Area Sales Managers).
- This role requires managing 2 National Accounts (Headlam Group & Likewise) at head office procurement level as well as local regional branches.
- As National Account Manager / National Sales Manager you will research and identify new product opportunities as well as analysing market trends and competitor analysis.
- You will be tasked with growing POS units with wholesale retail partners.
- You will manage around £20M channel.

The candidate for the National Sales Manager role
- 5 years people management experience within flooring
- Key Account Management experience ideally with IDS or Headlam
- a strong strategic track record
- You must have sold or lead a team within interiors
The Package for the National Sales Manager
- Up to £70,000 basic
- 18% bonus
- £10,000 car allowance
