EYFS Teacher Requirements :
- QTS : B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent.
- Experience : Preferably in EYFS settings.
- Curriculum Knowledge : Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum.
- Classroom Management : Effective strategies for a positive, safe learning environment.
- Planning and Assessment : Proficient in lesson planning and assessing progress.
- Creativity : Innovative and engaging learning activities.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written skills.
- Safeguarding : Knowledge of child safety policies.
Desirable Qualities :
Passion for early childhood education, nurturing approach, and adaptability.
