We are currently partnering with a well-established Catholic secondary school in Hillingdon to recruit a talented Business Teacher to join their dedicated department.

About the Role :
- Deliver engaging and stimulating Business lessons across the curriculum (Years 7-11).
- Develop a deep understanding of business concepts, financial literacy, and key economic principles in students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
- Effectively prepare students for GCSE examinations.
- Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum.
- Play a role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that upholds the school's Catholic values.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Qualified Business Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience (recent ECTs welcome).
- A demonstrable track record of raising student achievement and fostering a love of learning.
- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to stay up-to-date with current business trends and developments.
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- A commitment to high standards and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that respects all faiths.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- A willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the school (desirable but not mandatory).
