Job description
What you will be doing :
- Developing application training materials including presentations, quick reference guides, bite sized videos, eLearning and other digital learning solutions.
- Delivering training in a variety of ways including in person, virtual classroom, and digital training via a LMS or similar.
- Providing floor walking and deskside support to new users of the system.
- Working to an agreed plan, ensuring development and delivery activities successful achieved.
- Supporting the Training Project Manager and wider team with key deliverables.
What you’ll bring :
- Experience in developing and delivering F2F, virtual and digital system training solutions.
- Experience in using content development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia or similar to produce eLearning and videos training solutions.
- Able to work on multiple projects and tasks and manage time and deadline accordingly.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- An excellent team player with a positive, can do’ attitude.
- A self-motivated, self-starter with ability to work under pressure, a problem owner.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance.
- Multi skilled with experience in design and delivery of system training solutions.
It would be great if you had :
- Experience with working on Service Now applications.
- Experience with developing and delivering system training for Contact Centres but not essential.
