Requirements :
- Previous experience working in adult psychiatric services in the UK and / or old age psychiatry
- Working knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act
- Specialist skills or knowledge, with Section 12 Mental Health Act approval being highly desired
Responsibilities :
As a Psychiatric Recruitment Consultant, you will :
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of adult psychiatric services and old age psychiatry to connect skilled professionals with the right opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and industry best practices
- Contribute to the growth and success of our Birmingham team
