The Role

- Prepare for Success : Prepare students for success in relevant Psychology qualifications, such as GCSE, A-Level, and the IB Diploma.
- Encourage Research and Innovation : Promote independent research and exploration, inspiring students to become lifelong learners and innovators in the field of psychology.
- Contribute to the Department : Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment and contribute to the overall success of the Psychology department.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development : Contribute to the ongoing development of the Psychology curriculum to ensure it aligns with the latest advancements in the field.
- Assessment and Evaluation : Design and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Professional Development :

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Psychology Teacher : With a passion for the subject and a proven track record of success in teaching Psychology.
- Strong Subject Knowledge : Demonstrated expertise in Psychology, including key areas such as cognitive psychology, social psychology, and developmental psychology.
