You are an Art Director / ACD at the top of your game. Still hungry to create inspiring award-winning work that will surpass the category expectation.
You will have an uncompromising approach to your craft and will see projects through from start to finish. You will be the go-to person for opinions on art direction and love to lead the development of all kinds of work : concepts, experiences, films you can rely on me to help the team take it on.
You will collaborate well to push every aspect of creative work to a higher level. While also beginning to nurture, inspire and manage the next generation of Art Directors and Designers.
You understand the wider context of the industry and business and I play a lead role in the management and generation of client business.
You love working with people who have different perspectives to help push the creative work and agency to think further.
As an Associate Creative Director in the Langland Creative department you will deliver and inspire award-winning work from your team, influencing change through ideas and craft across multiple platforms.
Build strong relationships across the agency, help set creative direction and offers hands-on guidance throughout client team projects.
You will lead by example and consistently inspire others to create world-class ideas to help lead, inspire and support a team of creatives to deliver the best work they can.
Communication is a big part of the job too, so you should feel confident to contribute to strategic development of creative brief, present initial ideas, and maintain a strong relationship with the client right through to final execution and delivering.
In this senior-level role you will work closely with leading members of the advertising team and continue to develop leadership skills by managing projects and contributing to the development of others
Qualifications
Significant experience working as an ACD or a Senior Art Director in an agency environment (ideally >
7 years total experience)
- A strong, varied conceptual portfolio demonstrating award-worthy ideas, experiences, and executions in various formats
- Have led and won pitches on the strength of brilliant creative and strategy
- Considerable experience of European and Global projects, and of developing / leading client relationships
Nice to have
- Demonstrated confidence handling complex information (such as medical science)
- Awareness of common regulations surrounding medical communications (e.g., ABPI)
