The Ideal Candidate Will :
- Be an experienced MFL teacher with a proven track record of success.
- Have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Be passionate about promoting languages and cultural understanding.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Hold a formal teaching qualification and QTS (i.e., PGCE).
- Be legally able to work in the UK.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the MFL department,
ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement innovative and engaging MFL curriculum plans.
- Mentor and support MFL teachers, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
- Promote the study of foreign languages and cultural awareness across the school.
