The Salary : Up to £45,000 Annually

Each of our sites pride themselves on the unique designs, the freshest produce and the most exclusive settings. Founded in 2006 by David Loewi, the mission has always been the same, to provide each and every guest with a luxury experience when stepping foot into our restaurants, bars and hotel.
Through the years we have paved the way in the luxury dining scene, acquiring some of the most iconic venues in London and beyond, venues such as Bluebird Chelsea, 100 Wardour St, Quaglino’s, 20 Stories, Orelle and South Place Hotel.
Butlers Wharf Chop House is one of D&D; London’s original venues, first opened by Conran Restaurants, it is based on the Victorian Chop houses - harking back to a time when meat was king, portions were hearty and provenance was everything.
Its three Chop House restaurants, located in landmark sites across London, serve larger sharing cuts cooked on open charcoal grills, in Josper ovens or on spit roasts, alongside daily specials inspired by the best ingredients the British Isles have to offer.
Set alongside the river Thames, a large, open bar leads through to the restaurant overlooking Tower Bridge.
A bit about what you will be doing :
We're looking for a passionate and guest-centric Restaurant Manager at Butlers Wharf Chop House to lead our team in delivering unparalleled dining experiences.
In this role, your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of service and guaranteeing guest satisfaction. We're seeking a candidate with warmth and charm, adept at building lasting relationships with both guests and team members alike.
While contributing to the restaurant's success and strategy from a floor level, you'll also have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
