Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
Protocol Education is seeking a caring, supportive and dedicated SEND Teaching assistant who has experience working with pupils in small groups or on a one to one basis, for a school in Morden.

Responsibilities :
- Provide support and assistance to students with SEND particularly SEMH.
- Assist in the implementations of EHCP's.
- Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere for students' academic and personal development.
- Providing the young persons with opportunities for life long learning, growing independence and to be valued members of society.
Requirements :
- Relevant experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, and associated difficulties is desirable.
- Delivering engaging activities to pupils in small groups.
- A compassionate and patient approach towards supporting students' individual needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in supporting individuals with SEND is desirable.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes.
- Available to work 5 days per week (8 : 30-15 : 30) term time.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
