Position Type : Full-Time

Requirements :

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE is essential.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is required.
- Passion for Art :





A strong background in art and a deep understanding of artistic techniques and principles.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to engage and inspire students, along with strong classroom management abilities.
- Adaptability : Flexibility to teach across various year groups and levels within the secondary setting.
- Team Player : Willingness to collaborate with other staff members and contribute to the school community.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver Engaging Lessons : Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities and learning styles.
- Inspire Creativity : Encourage students to express themselves through various artistic mediums, fostering their creative skills and confidence.
- Classroom Management : Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, ensuring that all students are engaged and motivated.
- Assessment and Feedback : Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to ensure all students achieve their potential.






- Curriculum Development : Contribute to the development of the art curriculum, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to teaching.
- Collaborate : Work closely with colleagues to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment, participating in departmental and school-wide activities.
