We are currently looking for a Breakfast Chef with a passion for hospitality to lead a team in our brand new kitchen. Key Responsibilities :
- Follow specs created by our development team to ensure strict consistency.
- Assist the Head Chef and Senior Breakfast Chef in all areas of service and kitchen duties.
- Ensure all kitchen procedures are followed and all a standards are upheld.
- Ensure strict and rigid cleaning schedule.
- Run a fast paced breakfast service.
- Have a good relationship with all staff within the hotel and restaurant.
- Lead service working alone and as part of a team.
- Complete day to day kitchen duties i.e. cooking, cleaning, prep, deliveries etc.
- Work closely with the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen and wider hotel .
- To be an ambassador for the hotel / hospitality industry and the IHG hotel brand.
