Role : Administrative Assistant - 6 Month FTC
Salary : £24,000 per annum, pro rata
Location : Remote Based
Your Role
- Supporting the Quality Team with the establishment of digital systems (Radar and Nourish).
- Updating Quality documents and policies as required and requested by the Quality Team.
- Maintaining the Quality inbox and fielding emails as required.
- Scheduling meetings and conference calls for the Quality Team.
- Assisting with management of trackers and work planners for the Quality Team.
- Undertaking general administration duties, to include taking minutes at Quality meetings from time to time when the Company requires.
- Helping to write up reports produced by members of the Quality Team.
- Assisting with data gathering and analysis within the Quality Team.
- Providing general administration support to the Quality department as required.
- Following all policies and procedures on place for Consensus Support Services.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will :
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Health and Social Care.
- Skilled and knowledgeable in creative and person centred approaches to work with people.
- Ability to explain, develop and follow policies and protocols.
- Have a positive approach to change and ability to manage change.
- Access to own vehicle and able to travel and work in services when required.
