Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Physics lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and encourages student participation.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and assignments.
- Provide feedback to students, parents, and senior staff on the academic progress and development of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
- Actively participate in professional development activities and stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of Physics education.
Requirements
- A degree in Physics or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching Physics to secondary school students.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students in the subject of Physics.
- A passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
