Location : Omagh
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : Up to 51 weeks
Hours of Work : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (37 hours per week)
Rate of Pay : £12.59 per hour
Job Summary : We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin Officer to join our team in Omagh. This position is perfect for someone looking to play a key role in administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of grant claim processing.
Main Duties Include :
- Prompt and accurate verification and payment of grant claims.
- Maintaining spreadsheets to record the submission of claims, payment dates, and claim values.
- Understanding various Scheme rules and procedures to validate claims.
- Filing, creating containers,
and ensuring all documents are properly saved.
- Data entry, spreadsheet creation, and updating Scheme and Government Funders Databases.
- Management of post.
- Photocopying and scanning.
- Management and ordering of stationery.
- Managing incoming calls.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Essential Criteria :
- 5 GCSEs, including Maths & English (grades A to C) or Level 2 equivalent (evidence required).
- Successful candidate will be subject to an Access NI check.
