We are seeking an exceptional Head of Business Studies to lead our dynamic department in an outstanding mixed school located in North London.

Responsibilities :
- Leadership and strategic development of the Business Studies department
- Curriculum planning and implementation
- Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
- Inspiring and motivating staff and students alike
Candidate Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Business Studies teacher, ideally with leadership experience or aspirations
- Ability to deliver exceptional teaching and learning at all levels
- Strong leadership and management skills
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
