Business Development Associate, Successful Private Equity Growth Investor, London, UK About our client
Our client is a leading private equity growth firm in Europe with an outstanding track record and a best-in-class investment team.
They are looking to hire a Business Development Executive into their London-based investor relations team to support ongoing and future fundraising efforts.
You would work directly with senior sales professionals and collaborate closely with the investment, finance, legal and ESG teams. What the job involves

You will be responsible for all tasks related to business development and fundraising, working directly with the senior sales professionals :
- Support senior IR team members in expanding and developing outreach to existing and prospective institutional and private client investors
- Maintain the investor base via CRM system
- Create marketing documentation and investor materials
- Run pipeline reporting, design dashboards to facilitate IR team workflow and external briefings
- Assist with investor Q&A;, interface with the broader IR team as needed
- Opportunity to attend meetings in a sales support capacity
Who we are looking for
- Experience in IR, client support and / or sales support roles within private markets
- Excellent written and verbalmunication skills; language skills are a plus but not essential
- Proven ability to manage logistics around events and investor outreach
- Developed market research and analysis skills to identify opportunities and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
