OMM Agency, we work with major brands, consulting, specifying and installing technology for retail and events - LED, custom-built technology, touchscreens, experiential, video walls, photo booths, camera arrays and VR, We have an exciting role to fill and are seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager with a focus on technology for the Audio Visual area.

With offices in the UK and Netherlands, OMM devises digital strategies and creates outstanding experiential projects, VR and AR, eye-catching motion graphics and compelling videos for clients throughout Europe.







The Business Development / Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding OMM's technology sale offerings to new and existing clients in the marketing and advertising industry.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for OMM's technology services.
- Identify and target potential clients within the marketing and advertising industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with OMM's creative and technology teams to develop proposals and project plans.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent OMM and network with potential clients and partners.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising trends.
- Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets.






- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe.
