TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
Responsibilities - Support Implementation of Product Strategies : Assist in the execution of daily product strategies for creators.
Monitor data and provide effective improvement suggestions.- Campaign Support :
Aid in the selection and recommendation of products for creators during campaign periods.
Distribute sample coupons to creators and collect data to effectively improve ROI.- Content and Live Stream Support : Conduct simple analyses to provide product suggestions for creators' daily content.
Support key live streaming sessions during major promotions, set up discount methods, and help creators plan growth paths to increase sales.
Traffic Application and Data Monitoring : Assist the creator team in applying for traffic and monitoring data. Submit UG and Pontos reports and continuously optimize performance.
Minimum qualifications : - Must be in your penultimate year studying a bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field graduating in 2026.
- Must be availble in June 2025 for 12 weeks- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Ability to catch new trends and generate innovative content ideas- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an international and diverse environment Preferred qualifications : - Knowledge or experience in data analysis or statistics
