B2B (Business to Business) Marketing Manager What is the opportunity? You will be the Business to Business (B2B) Marketing Manager within Wealth Management Europe.

The Business-to-Business Team is responsible for all marketing to attract new B2B customers, deepen existing client relationships and share of wallet for Intermediaries, IFAs, Charities, Lawyers, Accountants, Fiduciary & partnership teams within WME, while mitigating risk of attrition.

The team works closely with regions and branches to deliver local client networking events, peer-to-peer networks and marketing campaigns (for new and existing products / propositions) that drive trust and loyalty, resulting in up-sell,





cross-sell and inter-generational opportunities.

The Marketing Manager will focus on marketing strategies for B2B channels, and their implementation.The primary responsibility of the Manager is to build, execute, and manage the marketing requirements, campaigns and programmes to drive revenue growth by effectively reaching and engaging the clients of the businesses, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales process through strategic marketing efforts.

What will you do? 1. Strategy Development : - Assist in the development of and the implementation of the overall B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

This includes identifying target markets, defining value propositions, and creating a roadmap for reaching and engaging potential wholesale and B2B clients.

Assist in the building of the 1- and 3-year marketing plans to align with the company’s strategic goals.- Collaborate with marketing equivalents at partner firms to develop joint marketing strategies.

Campaign Planning and Execution : - Execute and optimisation of the B2B marketing campaigns, such as digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and more.

These campaigns are designed to generate leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive sales.3. Collaboration with Investment and Banking teams : - Work closely with investment and banking product teams to understand what new products and services are available to the audiences.

Work with content and campaigns to integrate new and existing offerings into B2B marketing messages. 4. Lead Generation and Conversion :





- Execute the lead generation strategies set out by the Director and the management team to attract potential clients and convert them into qualified leads for the sales team.

This involves development compelling content, implementing lead capture mechanisms, and utilizing marketing automation tools.

5. Content Development : - Create relevant and valuable content, with the RBC WME content team, tailored to the B2B audiences, such as thought-leadership, case studies, webinars, and social posts.

Content should address the unique challenges and needs of businesses and demonstrate the value of the company's products or services.

Work with B2B partners and other services firms to develop joint content.6. Market Research and Analysis : - Conduct thorough market research and analysis, with the RBC WME research team, to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, customer behaviors, and pain points.







Use this information to refine marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.- Using analytics to continually understand and improve on the performance of campaigns.

Work with and source partners to fully understand B2B audiences and ways to reach them.7. Collaboration with Sales Teams : - Work closely with the sales teams to align marketing efforts with the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition of leads from marketing to sales.

Collaborate on defining target accounts, creating account-based marketing strategies, and supporting the sales team's efforts with relevant materials.

8. Budget Management : - Assist in the management of the B2B marketing budget.9. Measurement and Reporting :





- Ensure KPIs and metrics are tracked to ascertain the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Regularly analyse and report on the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimise outcomes.10. Stakeholder Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, business development / sales to ensure marketing strategies align with broader company initiatives.

- Provide marketing expertise, as required, for key business projects.- Manage external agency projects.11. Technology and Tools : - Stay informed about the latest marketing technologies, tools, and trends in B2B marketing to ensure the adoption of innovative strategies and solutions.
- Utilise Salesforce for B2B marketing tracking.12. Regulatory & Compliance :





- Ensure compliance with core marketing processes and marketing manual.
- Ensure all teams and regional office work is complied. What do you need to succeed? Must-have

Robust marketing experience ideally within a B2B or wholesale environment with a keen understanding of strategy and campaigns within wealth management or financial services business.

Background in investments, wholesale asset management, legal firms or banking services to understand the B2B offerings and networks within wealth management.

Exceptional organisational skills and able to work independently and manage your own workload to meet deadlines.

High standard of written and spoken English with good numerical skills.

Self-sufficient and able to work on own initiative.

Budget Management.







Meticulous attention to detail, taking pride in high quality output.

Able to multi-task when needed and respond to revised priority setting.

Able to take initiative and suggest solutions.

Collaborative work style with internal and external teams.

Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).

Experience of working in a demanding environment.

Experience of managing deadlines and changing priorities.

Create core processes and manuals and ensure they are current and up to date at all times.

Nice-to-have

Ideally degree educated or similar / equivalent.

Preferably hold or studying for an advanced CIM qualification or equivalent. Or investment certificate.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.







Previous experience in professional services, investment firms, banks or asset managers.
