About Our Client
My client are a reputable, mid-sized Law Firm based in central London offices. The firm provides a supportive team culture alongside flexible working, such as hybrid working.
Job Description
- Handling incoming and outgoing electronic client account transactions
- Posting of client to office transfers and client to client transfers
- Posting of client account interest
- Sending of electronic payments
- Posting of disbursements and write offs
- Performing Bank statement reconciliations
- Logging all cheques received onto an excel spreadsheet and posting
- Posting and paying counsel's fee notes onto the purchase ledger system
- Processing staff expenses
- Supervising junior legal cashier
- Ad hoc duties may include processing bills
- Processing of bills. Will be trained on this if needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Client side, legal cashiering experience
- Legal finance system experience (P4W is desirable)
- Confidence with hitting the ground running
- Experience supervising or leading junior team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
