Overview
Job Title : Senior Support Worker
Location : Colchester, Essex
Salary : £12.50 per hour
Hours : Full Time 37.5 hours per week
New Service*
We are opening a brand new service in Colchester and are looking for experienced Senior support staff to join our brand new and exciting team!
The building will hold 10 new individuals all with varying support needs. You will need to be adaptable to work with every one of our unique people we support.

Every person we support is at the centre of that support. From their initial assessment to completion of regular reviews and on-going guidance.
We develop each plan for each individual. Their support is tailored to planned outcomes helping them achieve their hopes, dreams and aspirations.
You will play a key role in the service, using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism, as well as supporting those who require have behaviours that at time can be challenging.
You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as household tasks and domestic duties, whilst engaging socially in exciting hobbies within the local community.
All in all, enabling our people to live their best life!
As a senior there will be an element of responsibility within the role including supporting the manager with weekly and month audits, overseeing the service in the absences of the manager and being part of the rolling 8-week on call rota.
