Real Estate Lawyer- Manchester- PQE 4-8- Salary £75,000-£95,000
An unmissable opportunity within a full service, award winning international firm based in the heart of Manchester city centre, to be part of a hugely successful team as a Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate.
The team made up of Legal 500 recommended partners and hugely ambitious senior associates and associates work on a wide range of complex and intriguing matters.
For those with a real passion to work on public sector-led property work, including advising either the public or the private sector on large scale city centre regeneration schemes,
residential developments and the delivery of new garden communities, delivery of infrastructure such as highways and bridges and commercial developments where the public sector is playing a key role, then this would be the perfect role for you.
The grand exposure to such first-class clients and top quality of work will help you develop your technical ability on a much larger scale and become more commercially astute.
With client relationships at the core of this ambitious, like-minded close knit-team you would have the rare opportunity to build your own network and often handling your own high net-worth and intriguing cases with the support of very experienced and technical partners.
