Director of Marketing Operations

We now have an opportunity for you to step into our brand new Director of Marketing Operations role where you'll oversee the Regional Marketing teams, and work alongside the VP of Brand & Content Marketing, Lifestyle and Brand / Content teams to effectively communicate the groups ongoing strategies via campaigns, public relations, marketing, partnerships and promotions.

As the Director of Marketing Operations you will :

- Develop, coordinate and deliver the PPHE Hotel Group annual campaign calendars as well as multi-brand B2C,





B2B and M&E; campaigns & relevant PPHE marketing activity, alongside wider marketing teams, including Arena Hospitality Group and Radisson Hotel Group.
- Identify commercial initiatives / opportunities
- Manage the UK & NL Regional Marketing teams, working with the local GM's and hotel teams to deliver the Park Plaza 90 day plans and ongoing activities.
- Actively participate in Marketing, PR, Commercial and Operational meetings
- Manage Regional PR strategies and activity
- Responsible for the management, coordination and execution of media and marketing events
- Oversee and direct photo, video and multi-media shoots across the estate
- To report, track activity and communicate results
- Responsible for the hotel Content Matrices, overseeing & managing the updates of hotel, restaurant, bars, M&E; and other relevant channels, online platforms and listings
- Support the VP Brand & Content Marketing, and other team members in preparing for & delivering new hotels, restaurants and products to market.






- Provide and share relevant industry and competitor data
- Manage PR & Marketing Managers in both the UK & NL regions.
- Support the Brand, Guest and Digital Experience team with initiatives
