The Ideal Candidate Will :
- Hold a formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e., PGCE or equivalent).
- Have a strong background in Computer Science education.
- Be capable of teaching Computer Science at KS3 & KS4 levels.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for integrating innovative teaching methods and technology in the classroom.
- Be committed to fostering a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Inspire and motivate students to explore and excel in Computer Science.
- Utilize effective assessment methods to monitor and enhance student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a cohesive and effective department.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events as required.
