We are responsible for devising and implementing strategies that drive growth and efficiency, supported by a culture of transparency and trust.
Responsibilities : - Analytical Direction : Lead the process of defining comprehensive strategies for customer ROI, segmentation, acquisition costs, and review of experimental outcomes.
- Strategic Leadership : Drive strategic initiatives for User Growth (UG), working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Executive Communication : Engage and manage communications with senior stakeholders, delivering strategic proposals that are clear, concise, and impactful.
- Visionary Ownership : Take full ownership of the strategy from conception to execution,
continuously seeking innovative solutions and improvements to drive user growth.
- Team Development : Act as a mentor and coach, developing a strong team capable of executing strategies effectively. Foster an environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a quantitative field.- 5+ years of relevant experience in operational strategy or consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on Data Analysis and / or Data Science.- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus amongst cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Project experience focusing on user growth utilising UG related calculations, . LTV, ROI, A / B testing. Preferred Qualifications.
- Prior success in user value / lifetime value enhancement or user acquisition strategy is highly preferred.- Experience working within E-commerce, Technology, Social Media or related industries.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing talent.
