Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Housing Association in Central London on a full time permanent basis. This Treasury Manager role is paying up to £75, per annum.
The Treasury Manager will be working closely with the Head of Treasury on the running of operational treasury within the group.
Main Responsibilities of the Treasury Manager :
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Treasury function, ensuring excellent service for all stakeholders.
- Assist the Head of Treasury with the annual treasury plan and ensure compliance with management policies.
- Implement and maintain debt management strategies, including managing loans, covenants, and bank accounts.
- Ensure all loan agreement requirements are met, including timely payments and compliance monitoring.
- Manage daily banking needs, maintaining banking platforms and mandates.
Person Specification of the Treasury Manager :
- Possess a CCAB-accredited accounting qualification along with continuous professional development and a treasury certification.
- Extensive background in treasury management, debt handling, and risk evaluation.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating with financial institutions, lenders, and government agencies, and managing a diverse treasury portfolio.
- Outstanding communication abilities, adept at engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving, with the capacity to evaluate risks and make decisions based on data.
- Current knowledge of treasury regulations, market developments, and industry best practices.
- Serve as a confident and seasoned role model and leader, embodying the organisation's values.
- Adhere to ethical standards including integrity, impartiality, professional expertise, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
