Residential Conveyancer
Here at VWV, our residential conveyancing team, led by , is looking to grow. As such, we're keen to bolster the team with a lawyer who has strong experience in this area, a positive and proactive approach and a passion for business development.
The role
Are you looking for a change of direction in your career? Whether you're a residential conveyancer or a qualified real estate lawyer keen to return to this practice area after a period of time doing something else - if you're seeking a role that enables you to use your technical expertise, strong communication skills and enjoy a significant element of business development, then this could be for you.
Spending time in both our NQH and Henleaze offices, you'll enjoy collaborative working with your colleagues, both within your team as well as throughout the wider firm.
Within your role, you'll relish the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, many of whom have instructed the firm for a number of years.
Our growth plans for the team are based on a three pronged approach : continuing to provide excellent service to our existing loyal clients;
building our client portfolio of first time buyers and developing our relationships with retirement homes, especially within the North Bristol area.
As a result you'll be a confident and clear communicator as well as someone who relishes the opportunity to undertake business development.
Who are we hoping will apply?
For this role, we're more than open to considering candidates from a variety of legal backgrounds; from conveyancers to CILEx qualified lawyers, solicitors as well as residential paralegals.
