Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to primary / secondary school students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Evaluate and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Keep up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths at the primary / secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Commitment to continuous professional development
