About the Role (Part-Time) :
- Deliver engaging and stimulating Psychology lessons across the curriculum (specify year groups or specific courses if applicable), fostering a love of learning and critical thinking about human behavior.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel empowered to explore the fascinating world of Psychology.
- Motivate and support students to achieve their full potential in Psychology, encouraging them to develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deeper understanding of psychological concepts through a variety of teaching methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Psychology department to further develop the curriculum and resources.
The Ideal Candidate :
- A qualified Psychology Teacher with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
fostering strong relationships with students and colleagues.
- A deep understanding of psychological concepts and the ability to translate them into engaging and effective learning experiences for part-time students.
- A passion for Psychology and a talent for sparking curiosity and a love of learning in students about the human mind.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
