Job description
We have been instructed on this new position with our client, a fast-growing and ambitious Law Firm in Edinburgh. The firm is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its well-established Litigation Team on a full-time basis.
The purpose of the role is to provide professional legal advice on and insurance litigation claims. Key responsibilities will include :
- Specialising in public sector and insurance litigation, managing cases across the Court of Session, all Scotland Personal Injury Court, and sheriff courts throughout Scotland.
- Overseeing a diverse caseload that includes employer liability, public liability, occupier liability, and motor claims.
- Managing both litigated and pre-litigated cases.
- Conducting liability investigations and take witness statements.
The team is open to candidates at all levels. Interested applicants should be able to demonstrate a client focused approach to their work, along with strong negotiation and organisational skills.
