Job description
ARM are
working with a leading consultancy who specialise in building design and heritage schemes and due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Senior CDM Advisor to join the team based in London.
About You :
- You will have experience of providing CDM advise and principal designer knowledge on construction schemes.
- You will have excellent knowledge of the Construction (Design and management) Regulations .
- You will have good working knowledge of H&S; legislation also.
- You will hold a degree in any of the following : civil engineering, architectural / urban planning or construction discipline.
- You will have some knowledge of CAD also.
What you will be doing :
Working with the Head of CDM Principal Design, you will be supporting internal colleagues and external customers with good technical knowledge and guidance on designs from a CDM perspective.
This position is based in Central London (Zone 1) and is working using the hybrid model with home and office working each week.

The salary for this position is between £50, - £55, per annum and will be dependent on experience and suitability. On top of this is a range of excellent benefits and a chance to progress your knowledge and career within this well known consultancy.
