The role :
Forming part of the firm's wider Private Capital team, this firm is looking to welcome a specialist Private Wealth Associate 3+ years PQE or CILEX into their Bristol team.
This firm has a top-tier private client practice that caters to clients including private individuals, farmers and other business owners, who have diverse assets and therefore require complex succession planning and wealth protection arrangements.
Therefore, they are looking for someone who has experience in the creation and handling of inter-generational wealth structures, trust reorganisations and tax-efficient strategies to preserve wealth.
You will have the chance to enhance your technical abilities and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced private client lawyers who foster an inclusive working environment.
If you are STEP qualified or working toward this accreditation, this is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.
The ideal candidate :
- Private Client Solicitor 3+ years PQE
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development and outstanding client care
