Wayman Group is currently seeking an experienced and passionate English teacher to join a dynamic school in Enfield, starting in April.
As an English teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive English language instruction to primary or secondary school students.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality English language instruction to primary or secondary school students
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum materials that align with the national standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and success
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification
- Proven experience delivering English language instruction to students in a primary or secondary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
- Flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Positive attitude and a passion for teaching.
