NWCare has been serving the community in Healthcare for over 50 years. We are delighted to announce that, due to expansion of service, we are now recruiting community care workers across Fermanagh.
We have openings in Enniskillen, Florencecourt, Lisnaskea, Kesh, Ederney, Lack, Dromore, Irvinestown, Brookeborough and Tempo.
We have open recruitment days in our Enniskillen branch every Tuesday and Thursday and our HR staff are available to discuss all job roles and hold walk-in interviews on the day.
The criteria to work as a community carer is that you hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
NWCare will provide full in-house training so no qualifications or experience are necessary for the role.
We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4 / 3 rota pattern, as follows : - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Our morning rotas begin at 07 : 00 and finish at 14 : 30, afternoon rotas begin 15 : 00 and finish 18 : 30 and our put to bed rotas begin at 19 : 00 and finish at 23 : 00.
Any or all of these rotas may be carried out - both full and part-time flexible rotas are available. Mums with school children may prefer the put to bed rotas as this would enable them to be home for the children during the day.
Students - ideal for during the summer and evenings.
