Job description

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive Maths lessons in accordance with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support
- Collaborate with other teachers and professionals to develop effective teaching strategies
- Participate in department meetings and actively contribute to the school's educational initiatives
- Provide extra assistance to students who may require additional support
- Uphold the school's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Maths or a related field (PGCE / QTS preferred)
- Proven experience teaching Maths at the primary or secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and ability to plan and deliver lessons accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Competency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences
