The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Structured Finance Associate to join this Magic Circle law firm in London.
The role will involve working in the growing collateralised loan obligation (CLO) market, as well as structured funding (secured or unsecured, and which may be on loan facility, capital markets or derivatives format) and liquidity / capital solutions.
You will be advising on generally large-scale structured financing transactions, acting for deal participants by advising on, structuring, documenting, negotiating and managing the execution of the transactions.
The Ideal Candidate :
- A qualified solicitor with 1-4 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
