20 hours per week
39 weeks, term-time only (including training days)
About the school
Allenby Primary School is a welcoming, caring and multicultural school in the community. A dedicated team of teachers and support staff have established a culture in which every pupil has the opportunity to thrive and flourish.
We are a small and vibrant school with two unique units for pupils with severe learning difficulties.

About you
We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person who can demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
the successful applicant will :
- Be responsible for majority of the financial administration of the school
- Process accurately; orders, invoices, payments and bank reconciliation
- Maintain the school inventory with the SBM
- Take action to ensure outstanding financial audit outcomes
- Have excellent English, Maths, Excel, Communication and IT skills
- Have preferable experience of working in a school office
- Be trained in FMS
- Have experience of finance (industry or school), working systems, ledgers, spreadsheets etc
- Budget monitoring virements, figures, journals etc
