SEN Education Support Worker, Lancaster

Are you a hard-working SEN Education Support Worker / Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Lancaster?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a SEN Education Support Worker / Teaching Assistant on behalf of a SEMH School based in Lancaster.

This position is a full-time role required to start as soon as possible on a long-term basis with the potential to go permanent.

Ideally the school are looking for a SEN Education Support Worker / Teaching Assistant who can start with them immediately.

As SEN Education Support Worker / Teaching Assistant, you shall be required to :

Supporting Children within the Classroom

- Assisting children with schoolwork






- Experience working on a 1-2-1 / small group basis.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will be :

- Experienced with young people on the Autistic Spectrum and with behavioural difficulties.
- Experienced working in a school setting with EBD children is essential.
