Senior Housing Solicitor

Leading Legal 500 & Chambers ranked firm seeks a Housing Senior Solicitor 6+ years PQE. You will be joining a friendly firm, who offer an excellent work life balance.
The office is based in Central London.

The firm :
Although the firm is large, it stands out for the lovely family friendly culture it has running throughout the firm; They have a team of 25 in the Housing department and have ambitious plans for growth over the next 18 months, making now a really exciting time to join.
The Role :
You will be running a varied caseload on all aspects of housing law,
including possession proceedings and claims for poor housing conditions.
You will be acting for both occupiers (tenants and leaseholders) and landlords. Knowledge of leasehold work would be advantageous.
Requirements & Salary :
- You will be a Housing Senior Solicitor 6+ relevant years of PQE
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
