Calling talented and experienced New Homes Sales Consultants to join lucrative scheme in South West London
ASAP START
SUMMER CONTRACT (6 MONTHS)
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious and progressive sales professional to join a company with a strong brand and reputation.
Pay : £35k day rate equivalent + £ per plot + holiday pay (60K OTE)
Duration : 6 months approx (or until site sells out!)
Start : Immediate
Shifts : 5 days per week, with one other sales consultant. Between the two of you, you can arrange days off fairly via rota system.
You'll be busy with :
- Selling brand new homes within a designated marketing suite in buzzing South London.
- Managing customer enquiries,
conducting viewings, and closing sales.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers and keeping them updated on progress.
You'll need :
- At least 1 year of experience in new homes sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- A proactive approach to sales
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A passion for property and the new homes market!
