Senior Vice President, Global Product Development Owner

We're seeking a future team member for the role Senior Vice President, Product Owner to join our Core Custody and Innovation team.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :
- Contribute to the vision, execution, measurement and oues for a product or functional area by identifying opportunities to expand capabilities and strengthen current services.
- Manage relationships between internal groups on product development oues.
- Negotiate and remove any blockers to progress.
- Sustain transparent and consistentmunications to all constituents.
- Be conversant on BNYM agile roadmap to close gaps and improve processes vs Agile methodology and tools.
- Be aware and mindful of Enterprise audit / regulatory requirements for project execution and ensure properpliance is followed.
- Work alongside Product Management and ensure client priorities are aligned and implemented seamlessly.
- Contribute and work on external clientmunications ensuring clear articulation of any new product or uplift.
- Identify and help Implement solutions and goals to improve and optimize efficient agile operation / agile maturity.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following :
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen in Proxy Voting and Class Actions with preferred experience across Corporate Actions and Ie.
- Customer first / thinking mind set.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellentmunication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalentbination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
A number of years total work experience in Product Development preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions with a customer-first mindset.
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency working with iterative development, understanding of Agile principles.
- Excellent written and verbalmunication skills required.
- Experience successfully driving end to end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, , dashboards, APIs, real-time alerts etc.
