UTS provide a recruitment service that supports you in finding and securing work with an Adult Social Care Service within the Bury region.
Our recruitment team will understand the type of work available, the experience needed and the training offered to support your application.

As we work with a large number of organisations we are able to offer a wide variety of opportunities and we are looking to fill positions that are full time, part time and / or casual working contracts.
We manage a number of positions that offer work across elderly care, mental health, learning disabled, reablement,
dementia nursing, hospice and end of life care.
We are always keen to speak with drivers as the focus is on increasing social care and support directly into vulnerable peoples homes but we also work with a number of supported living and bed based services for those that prefer to be in a set place of work.
Requirements
Working in care is hugely rewarding, but it is challenging. These positions best suit people that enjoy supporting others and are able to understand how vulnerable people want to remain independent and the care and support they need to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
A lot of the time people need support across all aspects of their basic daily lives from showering, toileting to getting dressed, preparing food and cleaning their homes.
You will become that wing person who is not only supporting the day to day but also getting involved with wider activities such as socialising, keeping active, shopping, movies, music and the arts and crafts.
You might not have the time in your own busy lives to work full time, or you may want to consider care and support as a secondary job and offer a few hours a week - what ever you are able to do, we will work to accommodate.
