Accounts Administrator - Part Time - Belfast Great opportunity to work for an organisation leading the way for future energy solutions. Benefits :
- Salary : £25,000 - £26,000 pro rata
- Days and Hours : 22 Hours Per Week, Days and times flexible to suit you
- Immediate start
- Permanent opportunity
Your focus will be to manage the smooth running of the finance operations and day to day office administration . Duties will include :
- Take the lead with credit control processes
- Raising and managing purchase orders, invoice management
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the office
- Maintaining the office supply inventory and liaising with suppliers accordingly to ensure the smooth running of office operations
- Answering the telephone, responding to email enquiries
- Receiving and distributing incoming post
- Provide additional administrative support
- Provide support with preparation of weekly and monthly management reports and reporting packs as required
- Creating invoices in line with operational and sales processes
- Ensure the CRM is kept up to date in terms of customer activity e.g. customer deposit paid
- Assist with monthly Client and Supplier Statement reviews
Criteria :
- Good level of secondary education demonstrating high degree of numeracy & literacy.
- Previous office management experience
- Experience of credit control activities; raising purchase orders, processing invoices etc
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated,
team player.
- Good planning and organisational abilities and effective time management skills.
