Job description
Overview :
- We require resilient Support workers in our existing Ofsted registered Solo service in Southport, ideal candidates will work alongside our management team.
- Preferable but not essential that the successful candidate holds a Level 3 Diploma in Childrens Residential.
- We have full-time and bank hours available, experience is desirable but not essential.
- We offer competitive rates of pay and pay asleep in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift.
- A driving license is advantageous but not essential. Are you what we are looking for, apply today.
Duties include :
- Taking point on shift and leading by example.
- Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
- Training up new members of staff.
- Participating in on call rota and taking out of hours calls when required.
- Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
- Assisting with the support and ensuring the adults needs are always met.
- Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
