The Role :
This is a great opportunity for an Tax Associate / Senior Associate with 2-8 years PQE to join this Top 10 International Law Firm.
You will represent clients on a wide range of high value, international and domestic M&A;, joint ventures, private equity,
financing, and other transactions.
As well as providing high quality commercially focussed tax advice.
You will be working with clients ranging from major multinational corporations with high profile global brands, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private equity and hedge funds, investment and commercial banks, real estate funds and companies, sports and entertainment companies and large investors.
The Ideal Candidate :
- You will be a qualified solicitor (UK) with 5-7 years PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
