Advising clients on patent strategy and portfolio management

Drafting and prosecuting patent applications

Handling oppositions, appeals, and infringement matters

Building strong relationships with clients and providing expert advice on complex IP matters

Requirements:
Finals Standard or Newly Qualified Patent Attorney (Engineering)Strong technical background in Engineering disciplines (eg Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)Excellent communication and client-facing skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Benefits:
