By joining the team as a Patient Coaching Associate,
you will support patient users to realise the full benefits of the Huma digital health solution.
This contract is offered for an initial term of 6 months, with the potential for extension or to turn permanent.
Your mission
- To proactively engage with patient users during onboarding and to support their engagement with the Huma platform
- To ensure patient users benefit by using the Huma app to its full extent, allowing an extension of their hospital care at home and accessing educational materials
- To develop a successful and supportive partnership with our live sites and clinical users to support patient engagement
- To support and inform Huma’s ongoing work to ensure we hear and respond to the voice of the user to drive continuous improvements
- To be an ambassador for Huma by working directly with our users and embodying our values
From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have
- Over three years of customer-facing experience (preferably in a healthcare setting with patients)
- Transferable skills and relevant experience that demonstrate how you would be able to support user engagement with a digital tool
- Strong customer interaction skills with a focus on improving experience and prompting engagement
- Excellent people skills with a passion for helping others and building relationships
- Solution-driven mindset with an ability to identify problems early and suggest ways to combat them
- Desire and drive to support our mission of creating a world where every person lives their life to the fullest
It’s great, but not required for you to have
- Experience of working within a digital company in a customer support / success function
- Experience of working in a healthcare setting with patients / users
