Description
You will be supporting Project Managers and Implementation Consultants through the efficient delivery of project tasks and mentoring and coaching Implementation Analysts.
What you’ll be doing :
- Analyse Calculation requirements
- Undertake system configuration, data anlysis, and testing
- Upload and download system data
- Participate in client meetings and project status calls
- Liaise with clients, third parties and Capita departments
- Support the technical development of our technology platforms through participation in new and / or enhanced developments
- Provide support to the line manager in the effective management of any staff under their direct control
- Support the production of requirements documentation
- Facilitate internal and external system training when required
What we’re looking for :
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle - able to describe the key elements of projects including initiation, governance, control and closure and can provide examples of active participation in all of these stages
- Can draft an automated excel calculator with basic formula
- Can manipulate data with good data accuracyIs able to explain : pension member records and their set upthe relationships between members, Trustees, schemes, actuaries, funds and investmentsdifferent types of Pension Schemesdifferent types of member status' and applicable calculations for each
- Able to draft and interpret calculation proformas in order to draft scenario matrices to incorporate all relevant scenarios
- Able to draft and check test plan to detail all expected results and system updates
